There is no traditional recurve bow with ILF system? - There is! And that is from JACKALOPE Archery! With the Malachite riser from 2019, JACKALOPE is expanding its extensive product range with another modern riser in a traditional look. Innovative Dymondwood, which is a highly stable compound of several layers of wood and epoxy resin, absorbs vibrations extremely efficiently. The Malachite riser is attractive simply because of its exciting design in intense green tones, which looks very similar to the mineral malachite. This clearly distinguishes it from other traditional bows.

The limbs are attached to the riser via the International Limb Fitting System (ILF). They are simply inserted into the limb mounts on the riser and not screwed on. This innovative, standardized system allows the use of limbs from different manufacturers and does not limit the archer to one manufacturer or the manufacturer of the riser. This way, the limbs can be easily and quickly mounted or exchanged for other draw weights or models from other manufacturers.
